Scalrr Program Agreement & Terms
Program Description
The Scalrr Founding Cohort includes admission for one attendee to the 4-Day Agency Freedom Intensive in St. George, Utah and 60 days of Meta campaign management support.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to reserve a seat. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If an attendee is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to a future Scalrr event with at least 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued.
Results Disclaimer
Scalrr provides education, training, and consulting services. No guarantees are made regarding revenue, profit, lead volume, or business results.
Travel & Lodging
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses unless otherwise stated in writing.
Media Release
Scalrr may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided before the event.
Chargeback Policy
By purchasing, the attendee agrees to attempt to resolve disputes directly with Scalrr before initiating a chargeback.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
